Crew cab. Use it or lose it.

Wait until the other one is done. When asked about factory axle shafts, the magic 8 ball says "try again".

Back on topic, when are you going to start hooking up all the doodads on the inside?

Sounds pretty awesome. Every morning I shoot past a smaller factory that makes industrial dishwashers for some big outfits. While the weather was nice they had the overhead doors open. Apparently they could hear me coming and going. One of the employees there that I know had to stop in the shop and comment, "It has a sound all its own."

Supertrapps are still gona get used, just not on there yet.

Sorry, no mileage checks yet. Still doing a little tuning.

Wow no doubt. thats much lighter than i though it would be..........

I really hope when i'm done mine weighs in at under 8500lbs, got my fingers crossed but I'm not holding my breath :doah:

You have to remember that the little engine doesn't weigh very much.

Plus he can add at least #400 of fuel:haha:

No one has a set of OEM tail lights sitting around?

Martin

Sure, several sets sitting upstairs of the shop right now. Isn't it great being able to build your rig the way "you" want it! ;)

Mom and dad have a neighbor...one of "those guys" with a pickup that give us all the bad name. Can't pass up any crap he sees that he can install.

90's Chevy half ton shortbed 4x4. Stock peeling aluminum wheels with stock tires, not so great black paint job, aluminum running boards that go from front to back including over the wheel wells, fiberglass toneau cover with a friggin' 2' tall wing on the back:doah:, one of those gawd aweful aftermarket air damns under the front bumper, two BIG chrome slash cut tips going out under each rear corner, the "ricer" sorta headlights and tail lights like yours there (no offense, dunno the appropriate name), and yep...

...chrome truck balls hanging off the chromed hitch.

He thinks it's sooooo badass too...it's a stock K1500 SWB with 500lbs of bolt on crap really...

There are a few around here that have done the same. Every little bolt on chrome little splash they can get their hands on. Not a fan of that look but whatever, it's theirs.

One thing I absolutely don't try to do is influence somebody's build in any particular direction just because its what I like or what I'd do. I speak with lots of customers about lots of different build types and always steer them in the direction of safety, outside of that, I try to stay out of it.

Yeah, I need to call you and get a few parts for a customer's truck. I'll have to remember to do that tomorrow.

Martin
