Unless its got 100% of the paperwork for the cab work and tested its no good in ny state . . After the limo crash 5ish years ago that killed 19 people there is a LOT of new rules on the books for these vehicles . And i see a lot of limos and streches for sale in my area both ny and pa .

Is this a half ton converted to one ton or market place doesn't have a good selection for titles?
if converted 1/2 ton = way to much work . should of just modded the 1ton frame and kept its weight capacity IF you ever wanted to use it that way .

I have no more knowledge than you do from reading the ad, but I would assume it was a C10 that someone bolted a C30 front suspension and rear axle into.
