Same here in Wisconsin! That looks like a decent truck for the money. Based on rustbelt standards, that and srw 4x4's are hard to find.

that equates to above 10k gvrw... so 10,001+ and most likely 12,000 gvrw..

so let me shed some light on that...
NJ lift law is 10,000lb and lower...
