Yep the whole area is going downhill.
I'd say between the unique factor, the pro-jection and the gear vendor it's worth the money, and the interior looks clean.

Seller calls this thing a project, so I don't know exactly what is meant by that. But the price tag is refreshing since a lot of listings recently have been for $10,000 or so.
