I've seen this truck in person, posted pic a couple of years ago in one of my Run to the Sun threads. Is super well maintained owners are very proud of it, and take good care of it. 402 big block th400. If I could get even close to 17k for my current Fleetwood Bounder, I'd grab this in minute.

I’d be at 100k deep if I built that myself. Absolutely 160k if someone brought a stock truck to my shop and asked for the same thing.
I don't think there's anywhere near 100k in parts.
90% of the truck is painted stock hard parts.
That's all time not money. (Except the body, if you farmed that out, that'd get expensive)
Rebuild components, berings, interior, etc, are probably $35k.
Can't imagine it coming to 100.
