I think the springs are arched different, that right one looks like it has alot more arch than the left

im not that fimilar with the first gens, but it looks like you made your own front spring hangers. are those at the same height? just a thought

I was thinking that when looking at the pic, they look like they are at different heights in the pic, but then it might just be the angle of the pic /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

We had a "crooked" truck at the shop once--we thought it was the spring(s) until we started taking them out--when we took the shock off,we noticed it was pretty seized up--it would compress on a hard bump,but would not extend back out--when we took the bolt out,the truck sprang back up the 2 inches it was "sagging"--just a thought--might want to check the shocks,see if the shock has a bent shaft,or internal damage.... /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Yes it only leans to the right in the front. No the Hangers are the same height, there connected to eachother. It always sat level until I noticed it was crooked in the driveway. The pic of the hangers was an example to show houw much the truck is leaning. Its not the driveway, I drove it to school and its still all jacked up. /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

One of these days some one should write an exposé on what Shocks do and don’t do; there are some funny misconceptions around here.

I've got a better idea.....jack up the body on the side that is drooping until everything is perfectly level.

THEN:

Remove the shock from the droopy side and replace it with a solid bar, cut to the exact length needed to maintain a level ride.

Maybe you could try jacking up the side of the truck that is low to where the side that was leaning is off of the wheels, then leave it over night or for a few days, just a thought /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I know what shocks do. It was mainly a joke between Gregory and I. Also I do think that if it is leaning from a saggy spring the extra shock would help it handle through turns. I noticed a big difference with better handling after I went dual upfront, but that was my experience.
