Time for an update. Went back to work last week. Weather sucked most of the time I was off, rain, snow, mid 20s temp wise. Nice days I was usually drug elsewhere. Life I guess.

I've got even more parts on the way now, and with the exception of some brake parts coming up, truck spending will be mostly on hold for house stuff for a while it's looking like. But that's okay. Blue turd will be useable.

Got a thing today. Unfortunately the shifter was cut, and the 208 went somewhere else. I've got the other half of the shifter at least.

Can't complain for $40. Even loaded it for me.

I couldn't believe it almost. Usually these transmissions are closer to $200 each around here for the ten spline version.

He's an older guy who has hoarded stuff for years, being forced to move, and doesn't want to deal with moving it. Needless to say I'm going back with a friend, and trailer next Friday. Theres one really special piece we've got to get.

I should probably get up there earlier really. It's a 465/203 combo. Bellhousing to yoke, for $150. I dont need it but a good friend could use another.

Core 350s $50 each. Piles of heads, couple big blocks. We'll be bringing a trailer Friday.

Got it. Well I didn't, my friend did. I got some valve covers, headlight bezels, a gauge cluster, and another quadrajet, of the same number as mine.

Sorry, I missed your reply. We talked about that too, and weren't sure. I wonder if it wasn't outside for a while, er years. Lol

The ten spline parts, coupler, and output shaft are FUBAR! Luckily his plan involves some type of 32 spline swap while keeping the 203 range box.

Debating on painting the intake. Not an issue now though. Out of paint.

I probably wouldn’t paint the intake but I also am not saying don’t. 50/50 Depends how discreet you what to be I guess.
