i have a set of stock gm/dana 30 spl flanges. thay did use them.

well i meant like the warn flanges it will be welded with x over and hydro assit and want strong but not 35 spline yet

As already mentioned factory 30-spline flanges were pretty common and you could probably find some around with all of the people switching to either hubs or 35-spline stuff.

I doubt you will ever break a 30-spline factory flange.....it's a single solid piece of metal and has to be a lot stronger than any locking hub out there. You will definitely break a Spicer 30-spline stubshaft before the flange. I've personally broke 2 Spicer 30-spline stubs and they did not phase the factory flanges. Another friend (78Buford) is running factory flanges that were broached out to 35-spline and has had no problems.

My D60 out of a '77 truck had factory flanges. I remember seeing several sets on ebay in the past, but otherwise I haven't really been searching for any.

dude, just go hubs, ita nice to have the selectability, especially if its driven on the street. 30 spline hubs are plenty strong (stronger than 35) and its cheaper. looks like an easy decision to me.

i see they have them for 211 but what is worth it hubs or slugs?

181 for warn d60 hubs

bro, i bought d60 warn premiums for $165....

performance offroad center. normally they are like $200. i got the quote off pirate and they said $165 (discount for bein on pirate). so when u order tell them ur from pirate and give them ur username and you are good to go.

i got warn premiums still in packaging for $90:D just check the forsale sections more often

less splines is a good thing now?! Most good aftermarket flanges have much more contact area between the flange and the axle than your average hub or warn-style thinner flanges... they should be stronger.
