Got the truck back together Friday night. And Saturday morning was able to get it drivable with the TV cable that wasn't working correctly. It was able to be modified enough to drive it this weekend while I wait on what should be the correct cable which arrives tomorrow. Put about 100 miles on it. Didn't run into any major problems.
Couple things I took note of.
First off, I can't wait to get the end link replaced at the pitman arm. It should show up at my door today and hope to get it installed this week. The steering just is bad. A lot of play in the steering. It doesn't pull in a direction though and if I am on flat/straight roads it will track straight. But that play is just ridiculous. Hoping the end link fixes that.
Second thing I noticed that happened maybe 3 times. On start up it didn't want to start up without me having my foot partially in the throttle. The first 2 times it happened after the truck had been shut off for a couple minutes. So I was thinking a heat soak/tune problem. But then it happened after the truck had been shut off for the whole day Sunday and I went to leave my buddies house.

I will play with the tune. I know I had to play around with start up fueling on the Trans Am so hopefully that's all I need to do on this.
Third thing I noticed was a vibration. Now this is the first time I have driven the truck since fixing the floors and rear tailpan/body mounts. So before the truck was very loud/banged on bumps and wasn't solid. Now the truck rides smooth and has no banging going down the road or over bumps. So maybe this vibration has been there all along and I couldn't feel it or maybe its a new problem. To me it was mainly felt after the truck had been going down the highway for a while. I would feel it when I was giving it gas to go up a hill and keep speed. Not sure how to explain it. I was thinking u joints and plan on checking them out next time I mess with the truck.
Fourth thing that could be related to third issue. Thereis what feels like play in the drivetrain. Once again, been a while since I have drove it. Not sure if this was there before or not. I think it was though. But if I let off the throttle to decell then get back in the throttle it has a jerk/clunk you can feel. It doesn't help that the throttle has a sticky spot right off idle so it is jumpy when I first get on the gas.
Fifth thing was the Torque Converter wasn't locking up. My tablet was showing that the ECM was commanding TCC lockup but the converter never would lock up. I will check the wiring again to make sure nothing was messed up. It worked before with the stock system and wiring so I know the mechanical side of it is functional.
Other then those the truck is 200% better to drive then it was before. It kept speed going down the interstate at speeds from 70-85mph. Felt relatively smooth at those speeds to except for the above occurrences. Didn't feel or sound like the truck was falling apart going over bumps. Tailgate was quiet except for some bigger bumps. And it is plenty powerful compared to the old setup.
Here is a shot Sunday morning at my buddies house. Was a great weekend to be able to drive around in it. Fun Fact: In the background you can partially see a white house across the street. That would be my grandparents old house. Where I spent my weekends as a kid. How I met the friend I went to visit. There were some good times spent in the miles of land surrounding that picture.
