i wouldent think so, i use indusreal streanth laquer thinner every day to degreese steel every day and thin paint. It is much more powerful then xillen (sp)
it says right on the can
PROLONGED OCUPATIONAL OVEREXPOSER can cause permanat brain and nervice system damage.

and if you live in calli it causes birth defects.

i have never read about cancer but you never know, but read the warning they seem to really really cover there asses with that lable.

my boss has been useing it for 40 years and hes fine, well hes not fine but ya know what i meen.

Give it a few days the natural oils in Your skin will cause it to come off. In the mean time You could use some hand lotion to speed up the process.
