The pattern looks a little light. I would put some more drag on it to get a cleaner pattern.

try these should be little better. took a wedge of wood and put between ring gear and case.

Well. It looks a little deep, but I would probably run it. I'm having a hard time seeing the pic because I dropped my phone face down into a puddle of atf the other day, so there are 2 cracks in the screen, so its kinda hard to tell. How is your backlash? Close to spec?
Also, since those are Dana gears, they set up and run super quiet even if the pattern is a little off. Other gears I have installed seem to want a perfect patrn to run quiet.
