Yeah, this part should be ok, just have to do it... Aside from almost dropping the 205 onto my leg yesterday, it's gone pretty smooth.
I'm just trying to decide if I should hurry up and buy a twin stick kit for it right now while it's out/apart.
And nope, I'm in Alabama for the next few years, so blazer is in full swing! Hopefully blazer bash next year.

Next on the list, my horrible vibration. Yeah, so it appears the last time the transfer case was out (when the BBC ate the clutch in 2 weeks), somebody *cough cough* didn't locktite the driveshaft bolts. Lost two, one was stuck in the driveline brake rotor, and the last one was holding it on. I honestly can't believe it was able to put itself (in rear wheel drive) onto the trailer. That's when I noticed it.
So I already called Jesse at HAD and ordered a new driveline brake, new output flange. Then I called Chris at ORD and got a new billet bearing retainer, 205 rebuild kit and adapter seal kit. That was an expensive f***up!


They're clean for now...I am jealous those TC are sooooo frickin clean. Whats the FC stand for Fullsize Cool?
And the plate is an original 72 Ohio plate. Re-registered and good for 50 years.
