the difference is that in a balljoint front end the cure is to rebuild your front end
on the d60 kingpin even brand new components in every location to factory specs can still suffer from it, as was my first case (1991 D60 less then 100miles on it, installed in my truck in 1991).
the 10bolts and d44s you just have to find the worn out piece and fix it. no mystery just maintainance.
that to me is the difference.
