Detroit slop

I've never understood the part where they are "scary" in rain or snow. I feel like they are far more predictable than an open axle.

every time i had mine in snow it was it was over 1" of snow sucked i had to click it in 4wd to go straight .
I drove a truck with Detroit lockers front and rear in 6" or more of powder on top of packed snow. Couldn't go straight in 2wd, had to let off of the throttle to turn.
Haven't had much of a chance to get my Jimmy into much snow, so I don't know how much it will be different with the ARB in the front.

And to the original point, yes the Detroit has a good amount of free travel in a 14FF.
