Deulings 1985 K5 Blazer, --aka Borderline Obnoxious; Silver Lake pics and Vids

Go shave your legs pretty boy...

HA jk man, I'm jealous. That monster truck contraption looks a little sketchy, but how many people can say they own a monster truck lol

:flipoff11::flipoff7: lol A$$.

And yeah it was sketchy but they looked like they were havin a good time. Had some beefa$$ lookin axles, no idea what they were. MASSIVE though

I love the color of this truck. But I want something I can repaint easily when I come back with trail wounds. Love to do my truck this color, but it would have to be a roll on paint job. Not spending the money on paint :)

When I repaint mine it will be that color or a much nicer coat of gloss black. I don't plan on any trail wounds lol so it's much more feasible for me lol.

Rustoleum has a darker Grey that is heading in that direction.

I wish i woulda talked to the guy to see what was in it. Sounded like it was burnin racing fuel, it was awesome. :woot:

6 lug axles. Can't be too potent unless it's a 14SF.

I think u guys forget we play in sand. Nobody needs 14bffs because theirs no resistance, those big axles just add weight which is a no no when trying to float on sand.

You forget I'm from Michigan.

Seen plenty of 10 bolts break with stock small blocks. Anything burning alky and spinning 35's is going to break a 10 bolt.

True, i guess i should have looked i suppose, but i couldnt really think straight every time i heard that motor start lol.

You know I usually love the nice aroma of racing fuel in the morning, but I've never been able to "hear" racing fuel. :D

Although I admit I suppose you can hear when an engine is running wicked enough that is probably needs racing fuel if the cam and compression are working together like they should. So consider this giving you "half" sh!t. :waytogo:

And also, after they start the top fuel funny cars on alcohol, and then a few seconds later they start injecting the nitro methane, you can hear the engine get all wicked all the sudden. So I guess Nitomethane definitely has it's own sound. But I have never seen anyone run nitro in a car other than on the drag strip. (not counting RC)

Lol dammm haha. Ok it was def high octane at least. It sounded pretty radical. Erybody always gotta get all technical lol

Over the years I've learned to exploit that character flaw of mine to try and educate people and hell, be proven wrong sometimes. Guy might have a loppy cam'd big block in there and just be praying the half ton axles don't blow...or he might have a loppy cam'd 350 and slowmasters.

Buddy of mine kept telling me about how Badass his neighbor's Z71 sounded. Musta had a powerful engine...
I asked the guy and he just had a Flowmaster system on it. Not even a 40 series.

I was looking at your dune photos and could see the herc real good (thanks). I think that should be great for the topper:waytogo:

Im honestly a fan. Its held up on every vehicle ive had it on, just make sure you have a brush for cleaning/washing, it likes to hold dirt lol.

Well if it's good enough for the truck of the month winner:waytogo: (congrats by the way) it's good enough for me:D

Lol thanks man. Ive had alot of experiance with the Herc as you can see by the BII lol. Im like the old lady on the Red Hot commercials... "I put that $hit on everything" :thumb:
