I fought the rust and....
I kicked its AZZ!!!!!
I had just laid down the EZ-Etch rust desolver here, It was clean metal when I started welding the panels on.
Suck it rust

Yup. Doing the floor with bedliner (which has been seam sealed already) then putting it on the lift and sealing the bottom and coating that in bedliner. The liner xtreeme kit i ordered today will be here friday and makes 3 gallons worth. Ill prolly use it all lol
I'd prime it just to be sure. I'm anal about rust.
Uhmmmm...not sure if that's a good idea unless you plan on spending an all nighter on it. POR15 is pretty slick and hard after hardening. I know it can be top coated but when I thought about it doing the POR15 and then the top coat via their instructions would have taken over a day.

Ive already done most of the rig in it. Putting 3 coats on everything tuesday, scotchbrite pad sat morning,clean, then bedliner. I GOT THIS $HIT!!!!

POR-15 is down. Stuff feels pretty tuff when dry. I even had my lady painting for me! Nice to watch someone else work on your rig lol. Pics later. Used up some of the extra paint on my hitch. Unfortunately found out this morning that the inner topper gasket i ordered from classic parts over a week ago was just found to be out of stock and is back ordered.... Wtf? Why didnt you tell me that a week ago?
