Wix filter and a qt of royal purple is like $18.

I already toss a Benjamin to the wind every time I head up there for gas and snacks, so whats another $18... lol

$18 for filter and oil? Hell I pay like that just for the filter in the great white north :doah:

Just had my coworker email me this. I replied and said, if you only knew what he has done since that picture....LOL

Haha excellent.

It's currently out in the cold under a car cover. Hopefully pull it back inside and do more dune prep once the shop rearrangement is finished.

I guess i forgot to mention this part.

I have replaced all the seals in my current 208 twice already, and the thing still leaks like a siv.... So I bought this "low mileage" 208 from a buddy for $50, and im tossing $20 in all new seals at it, and a new rear bushing thing in the tail housing. My goal is to prevent having to dump fluid in my tcase before every dune trip. One less maintenance item will be a big win for me with the new business and time.

Currently no oil leaks from engine or difs. Just power steering from the steering box, and the tcase. Tcase was half a qt every trip to dunes, so that is annoying. Im pretty sure the input seal is toast once again, because my trans is low when I add to the tcase...

So hoping $75 and a tcase swap will help that.

It's the little things like that, that help keep the hobby fun. Instead of it failing while your out having fun.
