Did you guys know the selection is unlimited?

That's some sick footage there!

We'll have to get something going on....

Any news on the shock kit:D
Not yet. it's still very high on the list. Only 1 item in front of it now. I got it all preplanned just need the 3 hole rivet pattern for the body mount and its pretty much a done deal.

Kert,

Did I miss something, Is your web page down or has it changed ?

Mark

I think the page is still down. I think he was changing servers...

Anyway, what about a truss welded onto the tubes for the D70 wraptor??

Yep, server is down. Server change on Saturday which was supposed to be an overnight thing. Apparently it didn't go that smoothly.:doah: We are on the phones applying pressure.

Weld on truss is doable!

a little more $, but we won't have to deal with welding on the cast housing right? and about how much travel will it allow?

That would depend on if you want the truss to have triangulation to the front of the housing.

As far as travel goes, the truss itself will not hinder suspension travel unless you refering to interference with something directly above the truss. Figure 2" + above the housing.

well I think we're gonna need to figure something out :) I think the truss style would be the only way to go for me. I won't mind cutting the floor if it's in the way. lol. well the triangulation would go into the housing and that's what we're trying to avoid, or did i miss something?

Beautiful fab work. I've only had my truck for a month and my wishlist is full of your stuff.

BTW...how's the progress look on that pitman arm for the 4wd steering box???

maybe its just me but dont see the performance gain on inboarding

Well, when your suspension travels "X" amount but you have less than "X" amount for shocks under your rig, you have but two choices.

One, Cut holes and allow the shocks to come through the floor boards. May require moving seats or just plain giving up storage space.

Two, inboard them and set at an angle. This allows the use of longer shocks in the same given space. You lose some of the shocks effect but most of the cheap shocks you can easily find are valved far too restrictive anyway so it makes them work a little better for you.

What's up with the UD1 rear bumber? What mods are you doing and when will it be available?

It is changing drastically and for the better. Very few details will remain the same.

Same beefy brackets and clevis points will be standard. Side bracing will remain the same. Beyond that, it's all different.

We built one so far and it had to go right away so I didn't get any pictures of it. It's a better all around product.

Funny that comes up, we're actually already in the process. Pieces are at an outside source for estimates on splining since I don't have the equipment to do that particular step in house. Only a matter of time.
any updates???

Hey Kert I know you are really busy but Im wondering if you have any updates for the inboard shock kit for the burb. Still waiting patiently. Thank:D
