I F'ed up the air conditioning hose assembly in my '94 C2500 Burb WITH rear AC.

This assembly is obsolete and no one makes it in the aftermarket (they make them for front-AC-only). These are different assemblies as compared to the gasser Burbs in order to get around the turbo.

It gets F'ing hot out here in the summer :doah:

find a custom rod shop that makes a/c hoses .

mastercool makes a nice crimper kit . just like the brake line flare kit we all talk about .

and yes those frt/rear a/c hoses did suck . try living in the salt belt / rust belt . . . . :doah:

I grew up in WI - know all about the rust belt. :doah:

Custom will be the next solution if I can't find one used...

Longbedder, you can CAREFULLY cut the ferrule at the end of the rubber part of the hose and re-use the metal ends.

I have a thread for it, but I lost the pics to it. Put a fresh hose on it and have a shop crimp it together for you. This way allows you to clock the ends and route the hose where you want it for a cleaner install.:waytogo:
