What about the fox shocks on the back?

:haha:

Yes the straps offer maximum travel :haha: and the fox shocks are the smoothest I've ever had. :haha: :haha:

On the serious side I am going to 63" springs and I just have the axle welded and strapped until I have the body done so I can get the truck weighed and order alcan springs for it.

The toyota is my buddies 4runner he is working on.

I have been very busy with my business so I have been able to work on it for about a month, but hopfully I can dive back into it in a week or two and I will definatly keep updating as I go along. I don't see it getting done for BB05 like I had planned but I'd rather do it slow and right the first time so I don't have to redo anything.

Not yet. It's been quite the project figuring out the rear. Hopefully it should becoming along soon. I have to get the trans. & case back in and get it weighed so I can order rear springs.

I like the off road lights up on the cowl by the windshield. Does the hood hit them when you open it all the way? I was thinking of building some kind of bracket to go on the windshield pillar, kind of like on a Jeep. Has anyone out there done this?

The hood clears the lights without hitting. As far as the pillars, trying to mount brackets to them and get the shape of the bracket the same as the pillar could be challenging, but it would also stick the lights out wider than the body and would catch on stuff. Mounting on the cowl is easy, I just found the spot where the bolt would clear underneath and the hood wouldn't hit them and drilled the hole.

Thanks. Awsome Blaze. I'd have a hard time doing that to mine, it's my only DD.
Now what would really be cool and prove that you were a master fabricator would be to narrow a hard top to fit. lol

It used to be my DD about 5 years ago. When I figure out how to weld fiberglass I will definatly put a hard top on it. JK. No top and no doors for the rest of its life.
