Door jamb decal

I've already found a website that will duplicate a sticker BUT you must have a picture of the sticker which is impossible since my sticker is missing.

If you know the info, and this is shady as all hell, why not get a photo of someone else and photo shop it with your info? :eek1:

edit
I guess you guys are all over it.

I can't believe for the life of me i forgot this, although it seems now we have our answer.

Metro sent me a PM about these. I think we could duplicate them. I would do a better job of it than just using a picture of the sticker. The only down side is that each sticker would need to be ordered with the information included in the print. I don't have a good way to make them so they could be printed or typed over the top after the fact.

Is there enough interest?

I think the amount of interest is going to depend on pricing. I know my decal is missing and i would like to have one BUT not if it's going to be too expensive. I have no idea what a fair price is on something like this as i'm sure there are very few people who can or will make them which usually drives the price up too high for most people.

I can make the vector for anyone interested. Just need to know exactly what to put in each block. Then Scott can print it for you.

OK I will take a picture of mine so we have exact wording on it. I know I want two, one to replace mine and a spare if I ever have to replace door. Sounds like a plan coming together!

Hows about this one the UAW put on the trucks! I got it from the UAW 598 up there.

UAW stickers...no thanks.

Might start asking for higher octane or cetane fuel while doing the same or less work. Stop running for periods of time and might start trying to intimidate your other vehicles into going along with it.

The stickers could be done for less than $10. Probably closer to $5, especially if readymix sets up the vector files. Heck, I'll just call it $5 each.

Just for reference i was just at the wrecking yard and took a pic of a door decal on an 89 Blazer (this one was federal emissions) and here is what it looks like.

Ok. I've gotten a few PMs about the stickers. Here's the deal.

I am traveling back to MS right now. Actually in Dallas typing this out.
I have been away from work for almost a month, so I am looking forward to some very long days for the rest of this week.
As I get time, I will work on building the vector image for the stickers. After I get the layout proof done I will input anything, that anyone wants into it.
I will then e-mail you the image and the vector. You verify it is correct, then send it to Scott along with your order.

Sound good? I'll let everyone know when I have the proof done.

Thank you just PM me when your ready and I will give you a few dollars for your time too.
Thanks
