I'm going to need to add a pyrometer and boost gauge to my 91 when I diesel swap it. I do not have any headliner trim or anything in the truck and don't plan to add it. All oem gauges in the cluster will be used already.

I have seen the a pillar pod that points them upward and not in the line of sight of the driver. I do not want that.

Truck will have both ac vents functioning as well as a radio in the stock spot.
I don't mind using 3 gauges because it will be nice to add fuel pressure too.

What kind of gauge options do y'all have that blend well with the oem styling of the truck?

In the hood, GTO style

Fab/glass your own custom a pillar pod that puts the guages where you want them...

Another option is the toyota 4 runner guage pod that holds 2 guages on the top of the dash

Yeah, a Toyota "climometer" is a neat piece but they're hard to find and priced accordingly.

The inclinometer is a great idea. Mitsubishi pajeros and monteros have some cool ones that might work well. Id have to buy one to see.

Trying to stay as gm as possible in appearances. The digital dash is just so far from what I like in these trucks.

I had a 75 K5 2wd that had no A/C (as did most of my trucks),and I put two gauges in the dash trim panel where an A/C duct would have gone, next to the glove box,in that trim panel--it was a good location to see the gauges without taking your eyes off the road..

I put my toggle switch to run my "transfer pump" from one saddle tank to my main tank running my motor, along with a separate little gas gauge to see how full the storage tank is, in place of my ash tray. That way, when I'm not using the transfer pump, I can close the lid for the ash tray and nobody knows it's in there.

I guess that wouldn't really apply to the gauges you want though, as you would like to see them to monitor pretty much at all times...sorry for the time wasting :D

Or you could pay $1.99 for the Tiltometer app and mount your phone somewhere convenient. Who knows, you might even be able to choose a Blazer as the vehicle in the app. too! ... if not they’ll probably add it for you. :thumb:

Or you could buy the Toyota Clinometer, keep the hood (cover), mounting bracket and sell the actual gauge. Find a piece of black plastic for the face, knock some holes in it and install the desired Autometer gauges. Ta da! 2 more gauges cleanly mounted.

Finding a cover in nice condition is the hard part, most are cracked like dash pads.

That was my idea in a basic sense. I want to keep the center lev-o-gauge and use the two outers for boost and egt. If I lose the mess under there it might sit flush on the dash and not need to modify the pad for fitment.
I like this:

I like that! My experience is with Toyota, I didn't realize Mitsubishi's had them too. :them:

I was thinking about doing that but doesn't the glare/reflection on inside of windshield impair it visually?

I'm curious how the engine compartment heat might effect the gauges (longevity, not accuracy).
