Do you just tape it off and start cutting? Or can you work the inside some so it looks nice? Sawzall or grinder?

I will try to get some better / closer pics of the fenders. It's pretty much just tape it off and start cutting... I use a grinder with a cutoff wheel.

Gas tank is out right now getting the POR-15 tank treatment.

Got the wrong e-brake bracket for my atlas, so Jess is sending me a new one. As soon as that gets here the new t-case is going in so I can measure for driveshafts.

Painted the grill and got it put on so its out of the way....

And thought oh sh$t, lots of money behind the grill hope it installs OK.
Looks like all went well. Are you going to run the KC's or as it is.

Atlas is stabbed into the truck. Going to cut the floor some to get it clocked up more. Going to see if I can get it a little closer to flat. I don't like how low the passenger side is.

Got some beef for u-joint protection when I get the driveshafts.

what has your final amount of lift ended up being?

I think I am about 5 inches of actual lift over stock. With the difference of the new lift over the stock saggy suspension and with the new tires the body is about 11" higher or so.

Update... New hole in the floor for transfer case clocking room.

Also removed the heater core / diverter box to make some room behind the dash.
