FarSoCal and AZ

I am down to hit Corral for a day trip as long as I am around. I know I am busy for the next couple weekends because its spring break, but after that I might be good. I need to get my tires dirty again!

Sounds good to me, Hopefully I can get my truck squared away also.
Don, If you need any help let me know. I could stop by after school someday and help out.
Whenever we hit Corral, I will bring Robbie again. He had a blast

I'm sure Don could use a hand. You guys are welcome to come work in the shop for a weekend. You're a killer khamanic too it seems, so...

I will be doin my part to support and defend the constitution of the United States:D . I will be back in town around 18MAR. We will have to plan something then.

USA 6x6 (yeah I know) sells the pressed centers for $37 or $38 each, shipping included for CK5.
I have no idea on the price of the 3/8 plate centers but I could look around on Pirate for a price. I know that Dean over there sells them.

He sells the plate centers for $50 ea, but I am not sure that I like them for a few reasons.
1. Much heavier than the pressed centers
2. A little weaker
3. It looks like they would obstruct or prevent the removal of the rim oinch bolts.....BAD

This is the thread about the centers from USA 6x6

And here is a small collection of recentering info I have. I was originally thinking about tac welding the centers then paying a "qualified" welder to do the rest. But I started worrying about paying a welder to do work that he did not understand. I could just see the centers getting warpped or not coming out like I told him to do it.
Then again, I don't know any welders around here. I had one lined up in Illinois who had done it before, then hte Navy moved me out here.....
