I'm from Ramona, sitting in a hotel in Fairbanks, Alaska. Last week I went home, went from snowing in AK, 30F, to 99F in Ramona in less than 12 hours, now I'm back in AK freezing my assneck off. Anywho, I'm planning on buying a set of 36" IROKs, steering braces from ORD, and a battery and my 90 Blazer's gonna be ready for either superstition or Glamis for the halloween weekend. Yeehaa baby! I get home on the 21st so I'll only have a weekend and a workweek to get her together.
Anybody do the sidewinder trail in corral canyon? I got lots of carnage on one of the very last sections between rocks. Twas cool. That was the first time with my 14BFF and 35's. That's also when I noticed that the ground clearance isn't all that great compared to the Eaton diff on my 72 K20 truck.
I know, I've got diarrhea of the keyboard, but this so-cal boy's bored as hell in Alaska, especially with the free-time I got away from the kids with no garage or K5 to be working on.
Otherwise, I'm down for a southern southern CA big dawgs club. I guess we should start one.
