jeep willys.jpgJeep was running duel tires with chains with 1.5 in angle iron welded to chains for like mini paddle effect and more bite!:woot: one of my favorite pictures of what some old timers did to get the job done back in early 60's or 50's.

Broke tranny

So was driving blazer to work when tranny will no longer shift, not even into park. It is not the rod as when done lifting, but inside something came lose, any ideas? I think it is related to lift being to much and something not quit right as after lift it always went into park hard since lift. Now question is how much to spend and if to fix before axles or wait and do all at once. Haven't even got axles out of other rig yet and fear it will take months to do both and want to have it running for daughter over summer.

Drop the pan and check the shifter linkage inside the tranny. Nut probably came loose on the selector shaft.
