First Gen, all hardware no software

So I bought this '70 K5 and fell in the rabbit hole ever since. It was tired, a victim of someone's "perfume on a pig" restoration. Original 350/350.Paint is nice.
825 is a nice number. Factory TBI does 800

Yes that was 182deg fans on

good. If you start seeing lower coolant temp's out of the FiTech display replace the supplied sensor with a Delco. It's been a pretty common problem......

ID preferred lower with the rv torque converter

You need to drive it, let it learn and it will go lower.

Good to know! And yes I plan on putting some town miles on er this weekend as long as the minor leaks stay minor

Got our for a proper 50 mile shakedown! Need a return spring on the throttle as it sticks n pushes thru the brakes :eek1:. New steering box feels a little sloppy. Everything is new and crossover is correct so maybe the tension can be adjusted. Boyd's tank still takes fuel slow as fck! Fitech still breaks up a bit under hard acceleration so hopefully it tunes in. Speedo says 70 at 45:saweet:

What does it do
To the left the suction had to be extended past the balancer. To the right there's another port I'm utilizing for the return from the heater core. Typically with an electric water pump you would lose your heater circuit. Once in place it can't really be seen. I'll post a pic behind the brackets.

Inspect your existing throttle linkage, you shouldn’t need a return spring and if you add one you’ll find the pedal is too stiff.

Linkage felt good when the engine was out (I had the problem before) now I can't get to the linkage on the firewall... It was a bit stiff with the springs before. I took the pedal off to get home and pulled the bar up with my tow to get home
