Fixing my K5 impulse buy

My impulse buy 84 K5, definitely need help.
The transmission that was in the K5 when I bought it was put together wrong and eating on the case, junk. Back to the $165 suburban in the woods for more parts, the tranny builder said no warranty with hose cooler lines and it doesn't need a tranny cooler when not towing and stock engine.

With 1988 350 EFI engine, 700R4 trans, 208 transfer case, 373 gears. 33X12.5 R15 LTs, cruise control and air conditioning doesn't work. 4" lift. List of items that have been replaced in the last year, battery, alternator, radiator, water pump, belts, hoses, heater core, spark plugs, wires and cap, fuel pump and sending unit, transmission flush and filter, U-joints in front axle shafts, front and rear drive shafts, front drive shaft CV joint, seals and bearings in front axle, brake hoses, calipers, pads, rear break shoes, hardware, wheel cylinders and axle seals, front and rear axle axle lube with lubelocker gaskets, transmission, transfer case had open inspection and new seals, Bilstein shocks. Comes with full size spare.

Yeah I listed it on CL last weekend the buyer emailed me about middle of the week said he would check it out Saturday. I had it listed at $13,500, after he drove it offered me $11,000 then $12,000. I told him no less than 13. He brought a trailer and stack of Cash from 2.5 hrs away. Yeah pretty happy l don't have to work on it and store it for the winter. Now I can order parts for winter projects. :waytogo:
 
And a stack of mad cash to buy cool stuff when the FREE money bubble pops. :haha:
