Yes. Ive seen that setup on a dana 44 before. It uses a front hub on a spindle w/ either a lockout or drive flange.
 
That setup is/was common for Jeeps that got flat towed a lot. Have seen a few that spent their life behind a motorhome.

Yes I have rear lockouts.If you look real hard you can see them in my Avatar. They have a set screw to hold them locked in. You have to understand that this kit was only on the market for about a month. I had a lockout explode on me and Warn said sorry no warranty, installed wrong.
