Frame Boxing kit : Suburban interest??

here you go. Should be pretty easy to figure out from the picture. It is a 90 K5.

Little change, instead of the front of the shackle hanger I want to go to the back of it. I need to order some other stuff too so I would like to order these at the same time so if you got a minute to get a price that would be great. I would need it in 1/4" because of my link mounts. Probably ordering Wednesday.

Haven't gotten the frame you're working on fitted yet. Can you make up a template?

No, my frame is all bent up underneith. I was going to use the boxing kit to fix it. If I make a template it might not fit other rigs.

I'll see if I can get a template off of the 89 we have at the shop. Hopefully there isn't too much in the way.

Didn't see it on your website, but any plans to do a 1-ton? I've been going back and forth. Major frame flex when wheeling and pulling combined with midwest salt completely killed the cab on my old K20. The K30 is way stiffer but I've still considered boxing it. The body is straight and almost perfect and I'd like to keep it that way.

BTW, '78 K30 longbed, regular cab.

Workin' on one right now. It's an 82 but I don't think there would be many differences. Front frame horns but outside that...

One ton standard cab long box is ready to go!!

Any interest in a boxing kit for a suburban? We are currently stripping one and fixin' to send most of it to the great beyond. I am considering keeping the frame for fittin' up a boxing kit.

agreed, definitely interested... once she's ton'd on 38" XL's, she's gonna need some help... rough price point? just an unbox and weld in kit?

Yep, unbox and start welding, trimming around crossmembers and so forth.

It'll be right in the $230-240 range.

We'll do it up then. Thanks for the interest.
