You will be ok with it bolted down like you have it. If I was closer I'd come help and we could whip that job out in like 4-6 hrs easy. I used to love doing transmissions and clutches on big trucks. Haven't done one in years. Are you just leaving the clutch on the flywheel or pulling it also?

Just ordered a 2-3/4" impact socket. I have the 1" impact, takes to hands to run it. Torque spec on that nut is supposed to be 450fp.

I think it’s 3 ugga-duggas with the 1” impact.
3/4” impact is 5 ugga-duggas.

I bet you won’t over dugga-ugga it if you keep hammering on it till the compressor kicks on. Then after the compressor shuts off hit it one more time just to be safe.

Directions say no thread lock needed. It is a compression nut with a seal.
