Front Driveshaft Idea???

Bowtie85, have you noticed any issues only having the single joint at the tcase instead of the factory double cardan? Does it limit suspension travel? You said you had to do grinding, what exactly did you grind? thanks

Not having the double cardan is ok unless you plan on running at high speeds in 4wd.

I changed mine to a single joint years ago and haven't noticed any issues.

Hmm, yah my blazer prolly would reject that when i accidentally spin her up to 6k in the dunes lol.

thats good to hear. this thing would maybe get drove up to 35-40 in 4wd on the street, but probably not. obviously some wheel speed out playing but that is momentary so I guess the single joint would be plenty. thanks for all you input guys.

Drove mine 60mph a few times with the hubs locked, seemed fine to me.
