I finished my measurements and tacked in the upper axle end tabs. It's articulation will be somewhat limited by the acos adjustor and bump kit but Im not too concerned since I dont plan on rock crawling it on any hardcore trails. I will be doing mainly dezert and sand dunes.

Roof near the front is 76.5in and near the rear is 76. Rear has no weight on it yet and I have not touched the front suspension yet it should get a little lower. It has 6in front 3/4ton springs right now and I'm putting in a stock 52in front spring until I can get all the parts for 4 link in the front.

Lowest part of the frame around the transfer case area is 24.5.

Tires are interco trxus 35x12.50x16. I had 16x38.5x16.5 swampers but they were new and wasting away sitting there so I traded them to a guy on the board so he could put them to good use.

The truck will end up with 37x13.5x17 Nitto Mud Grapplers.

Got some more welding done on the frame and coil supports.

I spend about as much time cleaning as I do fabbing. I have 3 kids that all like to watch and play around the buggy so I got to keep it clean or they will track it all through the house.
