The old one wasnt that good, not sure how good the new one is, the old one used up a fresh charged 5.0ah battery to make (1) 8oz cup. Technically a single burner propane stove top is cordless...
That's what I do, I have an electric pot and I pour over my ground coffee in a strainerYou can save a couple bucks and buy the camo green version. That would be my choice.
If it were me tho, I'd want to be able to use my own grounds. I would need a cordless kettle to heat water for a pour over.
Kreg stuff rocks for woodworking. Great idea.I've been having a hard time finding a way to drill through an 8 ft 3x3 square tube and get my holes exactly perfect. I had rigged up a deal with my drill press but it was a pain to use and I still was having a hard time getting them perfectly centered and then behold, I found this handy device. For under $10 I highly recommend it. It's for woodworking predominantly but it will work on metal. Also, I couldn't remember if anyone had posted these lock-n-lubes but they are fantastic as well.

My father used to work with the guy who started that Kreg company, we went to his house when I was a kid sometimes, they had a huge high treefort we would play in with his kids. He was a machinist in the prototype shop where he worked. Took his machining knowledge and applied it to woodworking, its not a small company any more, I have one of the pocket hole jigs, good stuff.
For metal, I have a different drill guide, made by Gator tools, works on flat, angle, or tube.
Gator Drill Guide

I don't have any personal history with Gator tools, but I do have one of their drill guides, works good for stuff I can't put in the mill or drill press. They are made in the USA and a nice piece. I was a little surprised by the as seen on TV bit too. I don't have a mag drill, would be nice, but this piece also fits where a mag drill doesn't.Just bought 3 of these, 1 for me and 2 for gifts.
Tha as seen in TV might have put me off if not for your personal history of the company
I bought the Craftsman one six or so years ago from Sears before they went under. It's from the c3 lineup they had for forever. One of the best things I ever bought for renovating rooms in our house. You'll end up looking for excuses to use it. I absolutely love mine, but I've had to renovate every room in our house down to the baseboards and hang new doors as well.I try not to miss opportunities to buy new tools when (justified) , and I'll be honest, I did hesitate on this one because it was a small trim job in the bathroom. But....i'm glad i did, this made the job sooo much easier and now I have a cool new tool for other projects.
