its an 84 k30 454 with 80K miles, th400 and 205. dana 60/70HD with 4.10s and 305's with some spacers. its a scottsdale with rollemup windows and A/C! i got it to work for about 5 minutes then the compressor started sparking. and at each time it would cycle, the wipers would go too.

its got a honkin ramsey PTO winch out the back, gooseneck, headache rack and bed rails. nice ones too! im in love! its a good mostly stock truck which came off a couple ranches. after that the dude lifted it probably and made some money off me.

if they knew what it was and if it didnt run or something about 1800 -2500. as a turnkey rig, 5-7k bucks. i paid 5 grand for it, i think it was too much but alot of people say its about right. the truck is perfect for me and i was more than comfy paying that for it.

thanks yall, it was between a single wheel crew cab or a reg cab dually and this was the nicest complete k30 i have ever seen so the decision was easy.

havent got a name yet, not sure on that one. for sure not "ol blue"

GEEZ!! that red and white reg cab! hubba hubba! our interiors here are always beat to hell and sun faded. if you find one with a nice dashpad its an imported truck.

Damn! I love it!

How much lift? Looks like 6" which is what I'm going to put on my '87 dually. I'm looking to fit 315/75R16 tires (I think 75 or 70) on it, too.

Get some more pics of yours. I'd like to see an overall view from the side.

its got a 6 inch skyjacker front leafs and stacked blocks out back!! WOOHOO! definatley gonna have to do some adjustments, and im gonna put basically your wheels with some 9.00 16 traction tires. i also want a red one like yours! lol

thats a $8-10000 truck here any day of the week...i've been eyeing an 87k5 here been at lot for i know 7 yrs...so i stop....he wants 12k! of course its perfect w/cold air 38k miles..factory black and loaded

That's a great score! I love lifted duallys. What are you gonna do about the blocks? Airbags would be sweet lol

Bumping to top so you can be reminded to post up some pics from a side shot. ;)

Your new rig is definitly one tough looking customer.

I also have one just like it. It is an 1985 K30, Silverado camper special, with a 454, T-400, 205, Dana-60, and (I believe) a Corporate 14-bolt rear. I bought this from a desperate meth head, who was about to have it towed away by the County and impounded, for $1500. I have since put about $2000 into it to make a reasonbly reliable runner.

Nice dually. FYI, your rear is the D70HD since the truck has the big wide fiberglass fenders on the steel bed. This is the w i d e D70 with 4" tubes. A dually 14FF will be way too narrow for this bed. Crawl down under your rig and compare the diff cover to the front D60. You'll find they're identical.
