Got the new shoes on

Looks good. What size are those?
33x10.5-15. If you want I'll take some full side shots for you.

I was talking with the counter guy while they were working on it. Said Tire Rack decided they'd stop shipping 35 in and larger.
Problem is, they didn't tell anyone. His shop had been waiting for tires a while, finally called them up. T.R. just said, oh yeah, we're not shipping those sizes anymore...

I almost ordered 35's...

Get them in the a.m. for you

Fwiw, the old ones were 33x12.50.

Nice. I like it. I was afraid they might look too skinny, but it looks great. Thanks for showing us.

These tires made me realize I don't need to. May put on new springs in the future, along with some Bilsteins, but no lift.
I really am loving this truck!! It needs the carb gone through, it smells very rich. Need to do a compression test, I'd like to put in a mild cam and a set of vortecs. Really digging the 400. Some mild upgrades might even help with the mileage.

The dogs love it too. My Bride commented on how they know the sound of it. I told her they should, they lived in it for our first week together in it!!

I would just do a nice cam and aluminum heads . 400 run warm so get rid of the extra heat .

Friend of mine has a factory Z28 302 car and has had a heD crack 3 times . 3rd time he said screw that and got a basic set of edelbrock heads and WOW he should of done that years ago .

And if picking heads good time to go smaller chamber to bump compression ratio .
