1. Remove top of grease gun.
2. Pull handle all the way back and point the open end at your buddy or the garbage can and release launching the empty tube towards the intended target.

3. Lock the plunger back with handle.
4. Remove the plastic cap and install the new tube.
5. Pull tab and remove metal seal.
6. Reinstall the top of the gun. It's best to have as much air out as possible before reinstalling the top of the gun onto the tube. I like to have the grease almost squishing out as I put the top on.
7. Release the T-handle then twist and lock it into the plunger (this only takes a 90 degree twist at most. It's best to look at it and fiddle with it while it's out so you can see how it works) so that it is fully extended and won't go in.
8. Press the T-handle against your thigh and hold 20-30 pounds of pressure against it while pumping to prime the the pumping mechanism.
9. After it is primed unlock the T-handle from the plunger and push it all the way in so it is out of the way.
10. If it ever stops pumping repeat step 8 but don't try to pull it all the way back. Just pull it until the lock on the rod gets to the plunger.
