And this one made me laugh so I thought I would post it. I was working at a BK the other day and this pulled up in the parking lot. 39.5 boggers on the back.

That shirt probably has a bunch of little burn holes in it now too.

Thats what all the cool kids are into these days!

My younger brother is going to come out tomorrow night and help me work on the blazer. I may have a couple of friends over as well.

Now I have a question: When I clock my tcase up what amout of clearance should I maintain between my exhaust and tcase/floor/frame/brake & fuel lines etc.?

more pics

It is 4:00am so I am not going to explain much. The first two are what appears to be my frame bending. The other are the first half of my 208 clocking project. I switched adapters from another 400/208 combo I had because it was much shorter and then ran some reqtangle tube and blaa blaa blaa.

Do yourself a favor and just run both sides of the exhaust on the driver side. It will save you alot of time on the bender and worry with heating up the fuel lines and even the tcase...

You have any ideas how to run the exhaust pipe over? My trans/tcase are in the way. I have headers that run out pretty far. I will post some pics later.

From the factory the passenger side exhaustive over to the passenger. It went over just in frount of the dust cover for the fly wheel cover.

I'm in need of redoing the exhaust. I agree. There is not much clearance puls you have the fuel lines on the passenger side. I would prefer a dual exhaust exiting from the drivers side.

Also with the current set up with the top off the passengers can smell fumes. So maybe I may run the exhaust our the rear rather then the side. I'm interested on what people thoughts are.

Looks good. Going to build any kind of belly pan?

I was thinking about it but you know me and my mud holes! :D I don't really want to catch all of that chit and have it sit on top of the pan. I am going to try to add the skid plate from the tcase in some how to protect the tcase better but other than that I think I will run it how it is.

Oh good point. What materials is your crossmember made from? I like the flat mounts to the frame...
