Has anyone used HAD emergency brake?

Who has used this kit? I am curious how well it works. Is it strong enough to use as a cutting brake? I don't do rocks just tight trails so I don't think I need to run a hydraulic cutting brake. What do you think?

I don't see how you can use that as a cutting break unless you have a transfer case with a differential inside it (which he doesn't make a kit for).
