Not in america. They have rear drive v8 Impalas in the middle east , Gm's in Austrailia have v8 rear drive. It seems here we are brainwashed in to thinking front drive is better. It just costs more to work on since they need CV alot.
Rear drive will make a comeback, did you see the GTO commercial where they lower the car to the ground while engine running in gear and it starts smoking the rear tires. America is going to come full circle with these retro redesigns , and we will see real cars again ( with more power and cleaner emissions ) . And once again we can spin brody's in wet parking lots late at night /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif
