Have a few Questions Blazer wont start

ok heres what i have done up to this point, replaced disterbitor,ignition module,plugs,cap and rotor. and this is whats still doing it will crank over but wont fire i don't have an inductive light to check for spark, i have pulled the #1 plug to see if i am getting spark and Nada, anything i am missing?? so just shy of go out and filling that P.O.S full of lead i thought i would ask for a little help first. Did you replace the whole distributor or just the ignition module? There is also a pick up coil located inside the distributor which can be bad. Don't get this confused with the ignition coil.

Make sure everything is plugged into the dist, When I put mine together I was wondering why it wouldn't start for about 20 mins untill I realized I forgot to plug the dist together, hah

i replaced the whole distributor and everything is brand new, I have checked the all the connections a few times and have even checked the fuse and it still wont start I'm getting fuel but no spark.???????

its an 85 k-5 with an 83 305.

Have you replaced the ignition coil? Did this no start problem happen before you replaced the cap and rotor?

yea it started happening about a week and a half after putting in the motor. thats why i replaced everything.and still had the same problem. i have figured out what the problem is i had a bad pick up coil in the new distributor. that really threw me for a loop. you wouldn't expect it with a brand new dist. but i guess anything is possible. a BIG THANKS to all that gave me some advice thanks again.
