havent recieved my zero rates

I ordered 2 sets of zero rates about 2 and a half weeks ago and havent recived them yet. The person i talked to said that they were being machined and would take about a week to be finished. But it is goin on 3 weeks with no sign of them. Do ya know whats goin on?

They always answer the phone over there (durring buisness hours)/forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I just called about mine and the lady said mine shipped monday. I only ordered last week, she did say she thinks they all shipped.
