I dont know, it was hit and miss work alot, mainly just me utill I got to the point where I needed help installing the big sheets or more ideas when I got stuck on something. I couldn't even begin to guess the time involved. If you had a plasma cutter in stead of a torch and sawzall and a heavy duty welder I would say three to four 8 hour days would be more than enough assuming you had all the metal and extra cash for incidentals (bushings, bushing cups and washers, bolts, drill bits, sawzall blades, cutting wheels and welding wire (there's about 2-11lb rolls just on the floors, sliders and bracing, maybe 3-11lb rolls and 5 or 6 -2lb rolls total on the truck and bumpers)). At the same time I replaced the fuel lines, fuel tank, straps and brake lines (now I'm not even going to use that frame because I have a new frame thats seen very little use).
Hope that helps
