Some things change and some stay the same. Some of you may remember me, most won't. Either way I'm back.

Due to having life slap me in the face and selling off my old truck I am back in the game. It's funny how age can change things. My first build was a pretty capable crawler (typical 1 tons, hydro,, doubler, etc.) This....

Turned into this.

After I sold off all that I saved some money and now we have my newest build. My wife calls him Eustace. And we have a lot in store for him

He's a Silverado and everything works. Power windows/locks AC. Factory radio. It's awesome. Body is straight and we're gonna keep it that way.

I have a massive order from Steve over at ORD (custom 4" springs, shackle flip, bilstein's and all the assorted nick backs that go with it)

I have a box of MSD efi and assorted spark producing equipment.

Gonna throw a set of 33" or 35" BFG KO2's. When all is said and done.

We have big plans to make this my wife's daily driver and it's gonna be a long journey but I'm ready to be working on something again. It's gonna be fun.

In a few weeks I will share the MSD Atomc efi setup and what I run into while installing it.

Feels good to be back in a Chevy

Welcome back Scoob! :waytogo:

I remember your old rig being a baby blue color for some reason...

The new stepper looks like a great project, can't wait to see how it all comes out.

Since i'm a n00b, i don't remember you, but love the truck, am looking forward to the build!

whats wrong with that? pretty sure we are the only three currently active, he could be the 4th member of the stepsides for men club?

Nothing wrong with it (did you see the thumbs-up?). I just find it slightly humorous that half the comments (so far) have referenced the stepside bed, and they're all from the 3 guys that have stepside trucks. I think we're the only ones who care about stepside beds. Kinda went through the same thing in Adam's thread a while back. :dunno:

You guys are like the 3 people on here with stepsides, and the only people I have heard complain about it.... So i think he will be perfectly fine in the general population

In any case, welcome (back) to the stepside club!

Keep the 1980 V22 grille, it is unique.

The rally wheels will look a lot better on there than the current wheels.

TH350 I assume?

What gears?

Martin

Sweet! Reminds me of mine that I just got done fixing up. It was the same color before I rattle canned it the other day. Mines just a flip though so I cant get attached.
