I'll let you know. But it might be a while. I'm thinking now about doing a 465/205 swap cuz my 700r4 is crap, possibly even 203/205 doubler, but we'll see. So that's why i don't have a front driveshaft yet, but cuz of my lift I'm probably going to run one of the superflex joints. They're only 50 or 60 bucks I believe. Not all that expensive
I did have the shim underneath the spring but the problem with that is you have to a center alignment bolt with a longer head to reach thru the shim onto the spring plate. Which you can easily get from a driveline shop, but you'll also get bent alignment bolts doing that. Wait a minute and I'll post up a pic of my previous bolt heads doing that
probably the best way to do it would be to weld the shims to the spring perches and run your spring setup as normal, but I haven't resorted to that yet
