DIY4X has some pretty cool stuff. but nothing really compares to purple cranium products diff covers and spiders. i just purchased a PCP rear diff cover for my 14 bolt, it has a .500 thick steel flange that is CNC plasma cut, then the backing is .250 thick cold rolled steel exterior welded inside and out. Cover features 45 deg. Bottom angle faces, to deflect rocks rather than sitting on top of them. An integrated stainless steel drain plug that cannot be sheared off, a stainless steel top fill plug and combination dipstick to make filling and checking fluid levels a breeze. A heavy-duty magnet is epoxied on the inside bottom of the cover to catch any metal particles that may be in your fluid; all mounting holes are counterbored to protect the stainless steel alen head bolts. A stock Chevy 14 Bolt cover weighs 2 pounds, the Rock Crusher weighs in at 18 pounds, 18 pounds of solid steel protection. All covers are powder coated a black hammertone inside and out and all stainless steel fasteners are included. so you really cant go wrong with that. they make it for the dana 60,44 and sterling rearends. plus they can powder coat it to just about any color too
