Trying to go riding today and can't find a parts house here who knows how to look up the correct alternator.Been online trying to cross-reference but having no luck.Mine is a Dixie A-1133-1W.It quit on me yesterday and ,of course, the parts guys are asking me what year and so on.:doah:Does anyone know of a stock application that I can give them that used one?I'll order a better one from Summit this week but right now I'll go with any that will get me through the day. Thanks

if you have a local Oreillys just call them and give them the Dixie number...they should be able to get it for you...i know we stock 2 of them at my store so they should at least be able to order one for you from their hub store

x2;)

Thanks guys.I ended up wheeling anyway.5 hours with an alternator putting out 11 volts!Brought an additional 935 amp Duralast just in case but my 2 Stinger SP1000/Odyssey 1200's lasted all day-I just pulled the relay to my largest fan and didn't run the stereo.Killed one of the Stingers after a few hours running just the fuel pump, one fan and the MSD but the other one cranked my POS carbed 454 all day and got me home as well.
There is an O'Reilly's across from my house but they couldn't get one till Tuesday. This morning I ordered a 140 amp unit from Summit. But thanks again for posting up!-Allen
