anyway.. My new Truck is a 87 Gmc sierra, R1500... only a 5lug. 2wd..
But, hey. back with chevy atleast

Nothing too major. Maybe run a True dual exhaust setup.. Get some bigger tires ( sitting on some car tires.. )
dont want to go too crazy and it break on me like my k5 :
