Ok, here are the pictures I promised. It's hard to get a good angle on it without taking out my truck box, and that is too heavy to move myself. Hope this gets the idea across. The jack is held in by 1/2" bolts and wingnuts, the shovel/axe combo is held in by a little camlock battery/tiedown strap I got at Tractor Supply Co.
Took about 2 hours to make, the metal brackets behind the jack took the longest.

it's the short 48" one
mine was on the front bumper but I took my bumper off to make room for my winch so now its on the rear sidewall
