THANKS GUYS! i worked really hard on it running short on time for my trip to shiloh and almost didnt make it...anyway to answer a few questions, yes i still drive it on the street, so i do not plan on mohawking the pans (i like a little extra oil), and i actually had to notch the oil pan to get the brakes to clear...ill take some pics in the next few days, for now ill throw up a few of the build...as i started running shorter and shorter on time i took fewer and fewer pics .... by the way, all those nascar-ish stickers used to be accurate when i had the stroker in, they obviously dont apply to the cummins lol

rockwells for 600 bucks each....

While i was waiting on axle parts i decided to pull the motor and clean it up...also the transmission had crapped out on me again so that went to the shop, and the t-case adapter had come loose and broken the crossmemeber so that all had to be fixed.....

tearing down the rockwells.....

remove the drive flange...

remove the hub and ridicuous drum brakes...

remove axle shaft...

remove the spindle...

remove kingpin

remove knuckle...

remove the nuts to the center chunk...

remove center chunk..

drain oil the easy way....

remove the massive bull gear.....

 

[oneofthefewbmx]

split the case.....

remove the spider gears....

locate your bad ass ouverson locker...

install your bad ass ouverson locker
